HOW TO RESET THE ERROR IN A BOSCH WASHING MACHINE

Bosch washing machines have one peculiarity: after eliminating the cause for which the error appeared, the code “hangs” in memory and continues to be displayed on the screen. On how to reset the error in the most common models of Bosch – read in our article.

Resetting errors on the washing machine Bosch Classixx series

This instruction will work for Classixx 5, Classixx 4, and Classixx 3 machines.

Make sure that the selector switch is in the 12 o’clock position. Close the washing machine door until you hear a click.
Press the Start button. Without releasing it, turn the selector counterclockwise by 2 counts. The machine will enter the service menu and lock the door. The “Start” button can be released after 2 seconds.

After you release the “start” button, the display should show the duration of the selected program. This means that the error has been reset.
Note! If your washing machine does not have a display, the machine will indicate the error reset by flashing all the LEDs.

Make sure that the selector switch is in the 12 o’clock position. Close the washing machine door until you hear a click.
Turn the selector clockwise for 6 hours to spin mode.

Press the button “Revolutions” and move the selector one click to the left – “at 7 o’clock” (depending on the model of the washing machine this may be “Super fast”, “Drain” or “Spin”). Count down 3 seconds and release the “Revolutions” button.

Turn the selector to 5 o’clock. The mode may be called “Jeans”, “Rinse” or “Thin Laundry”. The most important thing is that you have taken 1 “step” counterclockwise from the “at 6 o’clock” position.

Wait 2 seconds and return the selector to the 12 o’clock (“off”) position. Turn the selector counterclockwise!
After these actions, the machine should reset the error and, when you select a program, show the duration of the program.
